Signing up to use the HairCare App, you provide personal information about your hair type, state of your hair, hair color, your hair care regimen and habits.

Device and Usage Information
That may include hardware model, information about the operating system and its version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
Location Information: IP address, time zone, information about your mobile service provider.
App usage data, including, among others: frequency of use, areas and features of HairCare App you visit, your use patterns generally, engagement with particular features.
Data from external sources. We may use third-party tools like AppsFlyer that supply us with some of your attribution data that we further utilize to customize and personalize your App experience. We may also use such data for statistical purposes and analytics.

To customize your hair care experience
We process your personal data, such as information about your hair type, state of your hair, hair color, your hair care regimen and habits to tailor our Services and Content and make offers adjusted to your personal preferences.
To improve the quality of the App
This includes enabling you to use the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues. We use your personal data to analyze, operate, maintain and improve the App, to add new features and services to the App, to support the existing functions of the App

We process your personal data to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages
To communicate with you regarding your use of our Service
We communicate with you by push notifications. These may include reminders and motivational messages encouraging you to follow a certain hair care regimen.

We use your personal data to better understand what features and exercises of the App our users like more, what categories of users use our App. We also use such data for statistical analysis purposes, to test and improve our offers
To send you marketing communications
We process your personal data for our marketing campaigns. We may show you advertisements in our App, and send you push notifications for marketing purposes. To opt out of receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device.
To personalize our ads
We and our partners use your personal data to tailor ads and possibly even show them to you at the relevant time. For example, if you have installed our App, you might see ads of our products, for example, in your Facebook’s feed.

Firebase is an analytics product from Google, Inc. that allows us to track crashes of the App, monitor events in the App, provide us stats regarding the use of the App. To track and analyze behavior of our App’s users (in particular, how they react to changes of the App structure, text or any other component), we also use Firebase Remote Config. Firebase Remote Config is an A/B testing and configuration service provided by Google, which also enables us to tailor the content that our App’s users see (for example, it allows us to show different onboarding screens to different users). Firebase may collect certain device identifiers in order to understand on what devices and under which circumstances particular incidents and events happen
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Our Policies Concerning Children
The App is not supposed to be used by children and we do not intentionally collect information about children under 16 years old. The App does not collect Personal Data from any person the Company actually knows is under the age of 16. If you are aware of anyone under 16 using HairCare App, please contact us at and we will take required steps to delete such information and (or) delete their account.
