Happy Hair Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of making any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified when you register), through the App, or by presenting you with a new version of this Privacy Policy. When you continue to use the App after the effective date of an updated version of the Privacy Policy, that will indicate your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as modified. We strongly recommend you to read and review the latest version of the Privacy Policy. Please note that if you do not accept the terms of the Privacy Policy, we ask you not to use the App. Please exit the App immediately and delete it if you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you start using the App, we may collect your contact information such as: your full name, email address, gender, date of birth, password or passcode, country of residence and associated geographical location information.

Signing up to use the HairCare App, you provide personal information about your hair type, state of your hair, hair color, your hair care regimen and habits.

When you use the App, you may choose to provide your preferences information such as product or content interests, or communication or marketing preferences.
Personal Data we may retrieve automatically
When you access or use the App, we may automatically collect the following information:
- Device and Usage Information
That may include hardware model, information about the operating system and its version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information.
- Location Information: IP address, time zone, information about your mobile service provider.
- App usage data, including, among others: frequency of use, areas and features of HairCare App you visit, your use patterns generally, engagement with particular features.
- Data from external sources. We may use third-party tools like AppsFlyer that supply us with some of your attribution data that we further utilize to customize and personalize your App experience. We may also use such data for statistical purposes and analytics.

You personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- To customize your hair care experience
We process your personal data, such as information about your hair type, state of your hair, hair color, your hair care regimen and habits to tailor our Services and Content and make offers adjusted to your personal preferences.
- To improve the quality of the App
This includes enabling you to use the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues. We use your personal data to analyze, operate, maintain and improve the App, to add new features and services to the App, to support the existing functions of the App
- To provide you with customer support
We process your personal data to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages
For this purpose, we may send you notifications, emails about the performance of our Service, security, payment transactions, notices regarding our Terms and Conditions of Use or this Privacy Policy.

We communicate with you by push notifications. These may include reminders and motivational messages encouraging you to follow a certain hair care regimen.
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our App
We use your personal data to better understand what features and exercises of the App our users like more, what categories of users use our App. We also use such data for statistical analysis purposes, to test and improve our offers
- To send you marketing communications
We process your personal data for our marketing campaigns. We may show you advertisements in our App, and send you push notifications for marketing purposes. To opt out of receiving push notifications, you need to change the settings on your device.
- To personalize our ads
We and our partners use your personal data to tailor ads and possibly even show them to you at the relevant time. For example, if you have installed our App, you might see ads of our products, for example, in your Facebook’s feed.

Sharing with third parties. We will share your Personal Data and information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We share the information we collect with third-party business partners who commit to comply with applicable laws concerning their usage of your Personal Data (for example, GDPR for the EU residents). We share the collected information with the third-party partners with the following objectives in mind:
- operate and improve their services;
- provide you with advertisements and information for products and services in this app or on other apps or websites based on variables such as your location, and assess your level of engagement with them;

Depending on a service you use, we may share some of your Personal Data and information with third-party business partners who perform analytical and other tasks for us (in some jurisdictions such parties may qualify for being a ‘processor’ under applicable laws).
We may share your personal information with the following services providers:
- Microsoft Azure, cloud storage provider.
We store your usage data (activity in the app) in cloud database storage on Microsoft Azure Platform
- Digital Ocean, cloud storage provider.
We store your media data (uploaded images) in the cloud file storage on Digital Ocean cloud provider. All data is stored securely and privately. No-one except the original author has access to this data.
- Firebase
Firebase is an analytics product from Google, Inc. that allows us to track crashes of the App, monitor events in the App, provide us stats regarding the use of the App. To track and analyze behavior of our App’s users (in particular, how they react to changes of the App structure, text or any other component), we also use Firebase Remote Config. Firebase Remote Config is an A/B testing and configuration service provided by Google, which also enables us to tailor the content that our App’s users see (for example, it allows us to show different onboarding screens to different users). Firebase may collect certain device identifiers in order to understand on what devices and under which circumstances particular incidents and events happen
- Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
- Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Our Policies Concerning Children
The App is not supposed to be used by children and we do not intentionally collect information about children under 16 years old. The App does not collect Personal Data from any person the Company actually knows is under the age of 16. If you are aware of anyone under 16 using HairCare App, please contact us at support@hair-care.app and we will take required steps to delete such information and (or) delete their account.
